Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Adventure Scope Travel. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions apply to all services arranged by Adventure Scope Travel.


1. Reservation & Booking

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of the trip, full payment is due immediately.

  • Reservations are only confirmed once deposit payment is received and itinerary confirmed by email.


2. Pricing Information

  • Prices are quoted per person, based on double occupancy, unless stated otherwise.

  • Special promotions or discounts may apply and will be subject to specific terms.

  • Prices include only the services specified in the itinerary (e.g., transportation, accommodation, meals). Additional services are not included unless noted.

  • All prices are quoted in USD. Fluctuations in exchange rates may affect final amounts.


3. Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at booking.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

For FIT (Independent Travelers):

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days: No refund unless covered by travel insurance.

  • Some hotel or activity bookings may be subject to third-party cancellation fees.

For Group Tours:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 20% administrative fee.

  • 30–60 days: 50% refund.

  • 15–30 days: 25% refund.

  • Less than 15 days: No refund unless covered by insurance.

  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for any refund.

General:

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against cancellations.

  • Agency cancellation: If a tour is canceled by us due to low participation or unforeseen issues, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.


5. Amendments & Itinerary Changes

  • Requests for changes must be made in writing.

  • Itinerary changes may incur fees and are subject to availability.

  • Minor changes due to local conditions do not qualify for a refund.


6. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health documentation.

  • Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of return.

  • Adventure Scope Travel is not liable for issues due to incorrect or missing documentation.


7. Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is required.

  • Coverage should include: trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost baggage, and personal liability.


8. Behavior & Responsibility

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

  • Damage to property may result in repair fees.

  • Adventure Scope Travel reserves the right to remove disruptive clients without refund.


9. Force Majeure

  • Events like natural disasters, war, pandemics, or political unrest may result in cancellations or changes without refund.

  • In such cases, we will assist in rebooking or offer credits where possible.


10. Complaints

  • Complaints should be raised during the trip to allow us the chance to address the issue.

  • Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of the trip’s end.


11. Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
